TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATION POLICY:

Rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization to Mendocino Redwoods RV Resort to automatically bill your credit card for any outstanding costs due upon arrival any costs accrued while at the property, and any outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure.

All reservations require a one-night deposit to be paid at the time of booking.

All reservations are to be paid in full at the time of check-in.

If you opt to pay the deposit at the time of making your reservation, you hereby authorize Mendocino Redwoods RV Resort to automatically bill your credit card for the outstanding balance on your day of arrival.

Rates include a maximum of 6 guests and 1 vehicle. Additional guests are $5 each per night. Additional parking is $5 per vehicle per day and is to be parked in our overflow parking areas. Vehicles must be parked on the site’s driveway. Parking on roads, landscapes, and/or unoccupied sites is prohibited. (Month-to-month guests pay for their electricity based on the amount used)

DAMAGES AND FEE POLICY:

RV sites: Each site is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized appearance. No trash, cigarette butts, oil/grease, food, etc left behind. Any violators will be charged a $35.00 fee.

Cabins: If there is damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required, the card on file will be charged accordingly.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

All cancellations made prior to 72 hours before arrival are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit the equivalent of one night.

Cancellations made on your day of arrival will receive NO REFUND.

There will be NO REFUND for a no-show status.

NO REFUNDS for early departure.

NO REFUNDS on major holiday weekends.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:

Check-in Time is any time at or after 1:00 PM for all RVs and 3:00 PM for Cabin Lodges.

In the event you need an earlier check-in time, please contact our staff at 707-459-6179 to make arrangements. (Fee-based on the time frame needed.)

Check-out time is a strict 11:00 AM for all RVs and Cabins.

In the event you need a later check-out time, please contact our staff at 707-459-6179 to make arrangements. (Fee-based on the time frame needed.)

We have established the following general guidelines to help ensure your safety and enjoyment while staying at Mendocino Redwoods RV Resort (MNDR). Guests who do not adhere to our Park Policies will be asked to leave with no refund.

MNDR and its management team reserve the right to refuse service, deny rental of any site, or discontinue any rental agreement at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of park rules, disruptive behavior, or conduct deemed detrimental to the comfort, safety, or enjoyment of other guests. Management decisions are final, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

All guests acknowledge and agree that their stay at MNDR does not create a landlord-tenant relationship. All sites are provided solely on a temporary basis as nightly, weekly, or month-to-month rentals, and guests are considered licensees rather than tenants. Continued occupancy is at the sole discretion of park management, and such occupancy may be terminated at any time in accordance with park policy.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

Speed Limit is 5 MPH. Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests and wildlife animals. All guests operating a vehicle (including any ATVs or golf carts) on the resort property must possess a valid driver's license. Any violators of this speed limit will be warned. If the speed limit is still not observed after warning, guests will be asked to leave the resort.

Boats are NOT PERMITTED to park in the RV Park.

Washing of RVs is prohibited.

Items outside the unit are limited to patio & yard furniture/accessories. Any other items MUST be stored away neatly under or inside your rig.

No Glass Containers allowed in or in common areas.

Children in the pool/spa must be supervised by a parent or guardian and in common buildings at all times.

Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.

Proper swimming attire must be worn while swimming.

No Swim diapers/diapers of any kinds are allowed in the main pool and spa, ONLY in wade pool.

Bicycles and scooters must be ridden at a safe rate of speed within the resort and are not allowed through sites that are not in their reservation. Riding after dark must have a bike light. Riding on asphalt is prohibited for your safety.

Guests are responsible for the behavior of their children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older at all times.

Excessive use of alcohol, public drunkenness, use of profanity, loud or obnoxious behavior, or the use of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the resort.

QUIET TIME: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM No loud music or excessive noise is allowed during this period. Running vehicles or generators are not allowed during these hours except on an emergency basis

Please DO NOT feed the wildlife.

Review all Resort Rules and Policies upon arrival. You are expected to adhere to them. In the event you do not adhere to the Resort Rules and Policies, you will be escorted off the property and no refund will be given.

PET POLICY:

Pets are welcome at Mendocino Redwoods RV Resort. Pets must always be kept on a leash and under owners’ supervision/control. NO aggressive pets are permitted. All guests are expected to pick up after their furry companion. We offer two onsite dog parks for your convenience, along with doggy poop bags. Leaving pets unattended outside is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed in common buildings, cabins, or swimming pool areas unless they are a trained service animal. Failure to comply with these rules may result in being asked to leave the resort with no refund.

LIABILITY:

Mendocino Redwoods RV Resort IS NOT responsible for loss due to fire, wind, flood, earthquake, theft, Act of God, vandalism, or for any actions of any guest. Guests will be held responsible for any damages to the resort property. Guests are required to have current up-to-date registration and insurance for physical damage and liability insurance for their vehicles and RV’s.
